New Court Date Dec 11th

After 6months of legal posturing, we finally have our court date. Dec 11th we will meet with the judge and finally learn whether or not she will sentence him or grant the mistrial we have been praying for. It is good to know that this will be decided before the holidays, but I'm scared just the same. Still things have happened since the new judge took over, that I know would never ever have happened had the former judge still been on the bench. Good things, positive things, so I guess to is safe to be cautiously optimistic as to the outcome of the court date. I miss my son and he never should have been convicted. Please keep him in your prayers.....
