to felon in possession of firearms. Did get the bank robbery totally dropped though so that is a plus. The judge he goes before for sentencing in a few months is very fair and reads all the letters people send. His attorney thinks he will go to a camp.

Still, it was hard to sit there and hear him plead guilty. On top of it, my parents, who have been NON supportive of all of this, were there to watch (slyly rubbing their hands together in my mind!). it wasn't pretty afterwards although his attorney did TRY to explain some things to them about pleas. no dice. Oh well.

Now we wait for the PSR and sentencing. *sigh* I am getting tired of this. It has been almost 9 months since his arrest. I miss him.

Thanks for listening,
Christy

" I'm sorry you are having to go through this and don't have any advice. But, hopefully now that the plea is in, they will keep the sentencing on track, and hopefully it will be as well as can be expected.

Hang in there, keep writing to him and keep writing here. Wonderful people out here to offer you support and some wisdom.

Take Care. "

" Now that part is done maybe you will have some peace. I know how awful it can be waiting for forever for everything to take place and how unsettling it is for your peace of mind each day.

Hope you get to visit him regularly.....they love letters, phone calls and definitely the visits are well worth any difficulties we go thru to see them!

Love and prayers! Love Rhea "

" Thanks everyone!

Yes, it helps having this unknown over, now we wait for the unknown sentencing for a few months.

I so see him each week, heading there in a little while (5 hours round trip for 30 min. of video visit but at least I "see" him) we write everyday, and talk probably more than we should each day. :)

Thanks again,
Christy "

" waiting for the sentancing is the hardest most emotional rollercoaster ever. You try to prepare for the worst but there is no way to prepare for it, your never ready to say goodbye to your loved one. Good luck to you! "

" We looked at the sentencing as a means to an end, we could finally look to the future as could our son. "
