I started a Petition for the states of Missouri to try to get the state to allow us to send in books are major reading materials to offenders. I would love to send my friend college info, but they are not allowing the information. Due to she didn't have return postage it was thrown away. So now I have to send her like 6 pages at a time. That is crazy.
