" You need to contact a crisis center and get yourself into a better place. Look in the phone book if you need to! There are people out there who can help; suicide hotlines can refer you to help too. Please. "

" Your 19 do you go to college? Your dads a alcoholic, you cannot do anything about that but what you can do is say to yourself "I'm not going down the same road" and make some decisions on how to get out of that house for good. Go to college, join the military, anything so you can have a job that will let you make enough to live. Don't sit around and feeling sorry for yourself, instead use that emotion to help yourself and show your dad who the real loser is.
YOur smart you found this site. ;) "

" I'm making plans now. I'm too sick to go to a shelter or college or get a job. I wasn't allowed to use the phone at the time. Thanks, though. "
