There is the BelongTo group over parts of Ireland. I can't find a link for the youth group in Cork, but there is another service http://www.gayyouthcork.com/ Its for guys aged 16 - 24 but they'd be able to point you in the right direction if you are still too young for the BelongTo group.

http://belongto.org/ BelongTo is the main group. They have an amazing online support service. Its on at the weekend and the people who run it are so nice. http://belongto.org/support.aspx
