My nephew admitted he was gay a couple of years back. He is bullied badly at school. He has great family support, But I don't know if that is enough. He is bipolar also and he has been in the hospital for this and for the bullying. Can any body tell me is there anything else we can do as a family to help him out. I don't want him to be another statistic

" Maybe you could suggest that site to him. It helped me a lot. The Trevor Project is a site for LGBT kids who are suicidal. http://www.thetrevorproject.org/
There's also a bunch of videos called "it gets better" and they are really inspiring.

Ellen Degeneres has numerous links on her website for LGBT kids also. "
