Buzzing in Head

I was diagnosed with ET involving my head in 2003. My head rocks in a slow "yes" direction (in keeping with my heart rate) rather than the rapid "no" direction more typical with head tremors. Occasionally I will feel a buzz in the back of my head--very disconcerting. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does it's like having a muffled vibrating phone in my head. Sort of like the leg vibrations some of you report experiencing. I get those too--at bedtime when I'm trying to relax.

Does anyone else feel this buzzing?
