" I guess I don't use my left hand enough to notice, so It would be worse on my right side. "

" I have most of my worst tremor in my neck and head; it does affect more of my body if I get stressed like my voice, legs and internally. I have tried many medications but can't find one that helps at all if I get really stressed or have anxiety. If I get really stressed than I can't do anyting; not able to drink out of a glass, feed myself, not able to take a shower, or fix my hair. "

" My tremor is in the head, although at times I actually rock from the waist up. My symptoms are made worse by fatigue, caffeine, and low blood sugar. My right side is weaker because I am a post polio victim. "

" Well even though my tremors effect both hands & arms, also sometimes head, and now legs, I seem to shake worse on my left side, especially when I try to use my left hand. I am right handed and my left side is weaker & it seems to shake worse when I use that hand. I've read that you can do certain exercises to strengthen your hands that might help the tremor a little bit but I haven't been able to make myself do any because I shake worse when I get tired or do anything physically strenuous. And I also have carpal tunnel in my right hand which I've discovered does not mix well with essential tremor. Almost like I just can't win. "
