i don't think i am ever happy with what i have. never. there is always something else just around the bend i must focus on and 'fix' or 'make better' or whatever and it isn't always a person.
i don't think i ever remember a time where i was just content and not waiting on something else.
rationally i can explain how dumb this is but somehow i methodically kee...

It is only a tiny rosebud,
A flower of God's design,
But I cannot unfold the petals
With these clumsy hands of mine.

I responded:
'Lord please; take care of the person who is reading this message,

I found this lil' phrase scribbled on a miscellaneous piece of paper in my desk drawer here at work. I don't know if I wrote it or heard it or read it and scribbled it down but I still like it after rediscovering it in a bunch of tree remains. Here you go:
