my last seizure was about a month ago. three months ago I had a seizure in my home. I am told that it lasted for over 10 munites. I have no memory of even being in the ER. All I know is that I woke-up in a "intinsive Care Unit" 3 days later I was discharged from the hospital. There is a whole part of my memory that is gone

I had one the other day for 8 min, I've tried to explain to my husband that it feels like an outter body experience. Things happened and I'm in a ton of pain and did this to myself with no reckelection of what happened. Its absolutely insane. Why did u end up in icu, now I'm nervous of what an extra 2 minutes could have done. Honestly I don't remember much of that entire day. Good luck, I know its scary
