i am new here can any body give advice on what to do about pollen in the air i have to go out side sometimes

" If that is the only thing you are allergic to, then Zyrtec helps a lot with pollen and it has less side effects than others I have tried. Good luck "

" I am allergic to tree pollen and find zyrtec works like magic. No side effects noticed if taken at bedtime when drowsiness is not a drawback. It also helps with allergy to grass and strong smelling flowering trees. "
