My sensitivities are getting worse! My sinuses just won't clear up and it's going on 4 years that they have been a constant problem.

Have you tried food eliminations? Dairy and wheat are big culprits for sensitivities and for sinus/phlegm.
Try eating something different, like organic Quinoa. It's delicious. Have you had any food allergy testing done? Have we talked about Dr. LaCava before? I see you are in Mass. He's a pretty good holistic allergist. Pretty thorough. Dr. Thomas LaCava of Francis Holistic. Google him.
