As I'm getting ready to go to work this morning, I've had to blow my nose at least 10 times within the last hr. I know I'm not coming down with a cold. Why does this happen? Even if I dust and vacuum the night before or during the day before I go to bed, I STILL have a runny nose or itchy eyes or throat! Is there something I could buy or do in my house to stop this? And these allergy symptons happen ALL YEAR not just during the spring time or summer time when pollen/ragweed, etc occur.

You could try an air purifier, make sure it has a HEPA filter. Put it in your bedroom. Also, try a neti pot, it will clean your nose out. Good luck!
