Need California HELP!!!

I am doing this for my sister in California. She has had MCS and more for at least 25 years. She is living in central part of the state in a more remote area. She has injured herself and I am looking for someone who would be able to talk to her and if necessary could pick her up in their safe car to possibly take her to get medical attention. I live in Illinois so I was hoping there is someone out in central California who can help!! I know this is a lot to ask from someone who we don't know but I am desperate!! My sister does not know I am even doing this. If anyone has any other ideas please get back to me! Jeff
