When my sinuses are really congested I sometimes see spots of blood when I blow my nose (not an actual nose bleed just spots of blood in the mucus). Is this from the sinus infection or could it be something more serious?

i dont think so.... maybe u hve a deviated spectum... i know tht causes nose bleeds... hve u seen a doc abt ur nose probs?

I have a deviated septum and that happens to me sometimes. The doctors don't seem too concerned about it.

MY NOSE BEEN BLEEDING TONIGHT FROM BLOWING IT ALL DAY, I GUESS THIS NORMAL COS IT REGULAR FOR ME!

Noses get really dry in the winter, with indoor heating etc. I get this occasionally. However, do be careful not to blow your nose too hard!
