Advice:
How do I treat an allergy to cats

My daughter is 6 years old and lives with my mother. I want to get her for sleepovers but my mom won't let her because she's allergic to our cats. Her reaction is not life threatening, she gets a stuffy nose sometimes and gets itchy. I'd get rid of the cats but my mom doesn't want me to because it will upset my daughter so I need to know if theres something I can try to lessen or get rid of the allergic reation?

" I don't think this is an issue about cat's! Maybe you ought to seek some law information on what you can do! I don't know your situation or why your daughter is with your mother, but it seems like a control issue more then an issue about cat's, seriously. "
