I read "The Infertility Diet" book and there is very helpful information there. The best part is, no drugs to take, just changing your diet. The book has many recipes to use. The down side is that you really have to cut out a lot of the things you eat like dairy, wheat, sugar, and alcohol but it is worth it to live with no pain. This diet is also supposed to help suppress the endo. It helped me, so I wanted to share it with all of you.
