Endometriosis Support Group

Hello all the beautiful women of this endo group!!

Firstly, thank you all so much for your continued support, it really has made a difference to me.

We finally have an answer as to what is happening... I am miscarrying. But I have not lost the pregnancy yet. God wonderfully blessed us with twins, and although we are so very sad that one of our babies did not survive, we are hoping that the second one will!

If my body continues to try and expel the baby we have lost, then the baby that is alive will also be lost. The placenta of the living baby is starting to be torn away with all the contractions.

So I will continue to pray that God allows this second baby to remain inside until it is developed. If the bleeding subsides and the contractions stop, there will be hope of continuing the pregnancy. We are booked in to emergency with the early pregnancy specialists again next week for another scan and hopefully some more information about what is happening.

It is still a very hard time, as we do not know if this baby will be able to survive. If it does, then things should be ok as it is developing well and has a good strong heartbeat. It all depends on whether the miscarriage is triggered to stop or not.
