endo on ureters...question...

Hi Guys,
So I have had endo symptoms since I was 12. But was not diagnosed until I was 30...march 2007. I seem to be one of the lucky people who has terrible periods, tons of pain, but little visible endo. My problem is that my endo is in a very bad place. On both of my ureters. I have lots of bladder issues...constantly feeling the need to pee...even if I just emptied my bladder. Worse when laying down. For several years I have had lower right abdomenal and back pain. It feels ovary related...but everytime I have had ultrasounds done it shows nothing..not even cysts (which I know I have had rupture before)...and she can always tell when she does an internal pelvic exam to feel that area that it's very tender. At times, maybe mostly when my bladder seems kinda full...when I sit down...I can "feel" something in that area...the pain is kinda elusive, comes and goes...but when I sit it feels like something is 'pushing" something else.
I'm just wondering if anyone else who has endo urinary tract endo has this happen (even though it's kinda hard to explain the exact feeling. I guess I'm trying to figure out if it could be the ureter or the ovary....it's kinda hard to tell...they are both so small an near each other!
hope everyone is well.
Christine

" I recommend going to a urologist. They put you under and do a test called hydrodistention and a cystoscopy, which is also a treatment. In addition, the urologist can measure you bladder and see if anything else is going on inside. He told me my bladder is actually much smaller than most people's so I cannot hold as much. That made me feel better! "
