arent you happy that you didnt get off depo and get preggo by your ex bf? anyways i was also on depo and took 1 shot and never took it anymore. i was moody, crying, irritable, hair loss, and weight gain. so i think depo makes people emotional. anyways youll be fine hun, take care of yourself and take some time to heal. stress and emotions just make endo pain worse.btw im not trying to be mean i just remember you saying that you and your bf would be together forever even bringing a baby in. if i sound mean im sorry im just happy that you both didnt make a decision you both would regret!

Me too! You're totally right..the depo shot has been my miracle drug though so if i just cry for a few days its worth it lol.

I was on this for 7 years. Luckily I didnt have my period and I was pain free! But I did get the weight gain after a while, depression and mood swings, I would cry a lot. I also had morning sickness!
Its hard, but I hope it continues to help you.

It helps me more than words can describe!! I think I just forget every 3 months how it feels after the shot. I get migraines more, and more emotional, and I have gained some weight. It was either depo or lupron. And I have to say Depo has fixed all of my problems and all the side effects I get from (apart from weight gain) only last the week or so following the shot. I waited too long to get this shot I my body went into chaos! I thought i was dying! Idk what I'm gonna do if I ever need to get off of it!!

is depo provera the shot and provera the pill the same thing? I am on provera the pill the doctor has me on this to try and get pregnant.

THey kinda do opposite things...so i'm decently sure they aren't the same lol. Provera started my period...and caused my cyst to rupture lol.
