My period stoped about 3 days ago, but im still getting the really bad cramps. Sometimes for a couple days after i get cramps, but along iwth it ive got pms and i feel like im having a period still, its horrible!
I was sore yesterday and everything was annoying me, the lump on my left side is still a little enlarged and hurt. now i woke up this morning had my breakfast and had a really loose bowel movement, pretty much soft diaherah. Im going out tonight so this better go away. I dont usualy have bowel problems once my periods stopped, for the last couple days my bowels have been fine..i dont know if i ate to much fibre or its related to the bad cramping on my left side lastnight. ahh hun, hang in there, you have some appointments to look forward to ( sort of lol ) i have had one of my worst days, so ill, trying not to vomit, weak, just horrid !
i cant go out at all i am that ill. and i have ben home bound for two yrs with life on hold... xx

Its horrible..some days im fine, but the week of my period and the days after seem to be getting worst. I hate feeling so teary and moody all the time and i dont even know why. By tonight i should be fine, seeing my friends and going out i forget all my problems until the morning.
Its a shame that its put your life on hold, hopefully though youl be good and be able to go out to work and do normal things again:D I guess im lucky i still can, im not as outgoing or fun as i was like a few months back, my health just seemed to deteriorate at a massive rate..was so strange. Im happy im seeing a gynae in 3 weeks..i wish this happened years ago!xx

I feel bad for you and know exactly how you feel. Every month I say to my husband "MY period is ruining m life!!!!"
Try to avoid too much fibre and wheat during period time, since it always seemed to cause me diarrhea. Also, it is super common to have pain, bowel problems and PMS for 1-2 weeks around period time (before AND after). I think the hormonal problems and inflammation worsen each month and I found I was sick 1 week before, the 3 first days of my period...until the last 2 years, when it was constant. I hope you feel better!!!!

Hey sweetie! I kinda know how you feel . I'm frustrated too.
I've got really mean pms today and have been crying ever since I woke up. I was invited to a bbq today...and I don't even want to go. Sometimes its so hard for me to pretend that i'm alright, and I know that its obvious to others that there is something wrong. What I really hate is that they think i'm angry with them, or im just bing a total bitch to try to make everyone else feel as horrible as I do. They just dont understand, they just dont get it. Im tired of trying to expain my situation so I feel better just being isolated.Yet, im lonely and sad. I really hope you feel better and fast!!Have a great time tonight,enjoy the holiday.Take care. i dont understand if your periods are causing you so much pain why not do what i did and run your bc pills together so you dont have a period? this hasnt answered all my pain cos my pains are every day all day all month long but at least now i dont have to put up with periods. when i did have my periods every damn day of it felt like a knife stabbing me up there it would take me to my knees.
the pain never ever goes wawy you just have to find a way to cope with it!!!!!!!

combining two birth control pills together without the aid of a gp or qualified personel is extreemly dangerous and i wouldnt advise anybody to do this !!!!!
Loose bowel movements and ibs related symptoms are very common around the time of your period and to be honest its the only time mine play up now that im following a decent diet ( apart from this wek after my lap lol) I am a very nearly qualified diet and nutrition therapist and can try and help you with some foods that may help during and before your period if you like - ( wont be offended if not its not everyone cuppa tea lol) But it is normal - i also get cramping for a few days after my period Just a question - whats the lump on your side you speak about ? if im being nosey tell me xxx

I used to always run my packs of pills together whilst i was in school i used to have a period every two months, the doctor said this is fine, it was just more convient during school. Now this method doesnt work so well, il just get spotting alot..i dont actually mind having my period, i can handle the 3 days of doubling up..it kinda releases some of the pressure i feel.
The lump on my left side is usualy over where i would guess my ovary would lie, usualy you can only feel it if you push quite hard..when my periods getting nearer it gets enlarged, ive seen my doctor when its small and when enlarged, it can be quite painful alot of my cramps come from this area now. He thinks it would be a pouch of endo possibly as it gets bigger near my period. Ive noticed when this lump is sore or bigger i get bloated easy and have bowel issues sometimes. It kinda all ties in together, ive got a wee lump on my right side.doent cause me to much bother though, never used to have them. Il email you jenz asking about food.itl be a great help! xxx

ahh quiet a possibility then poppy. having it on your left oavry. this is the first time i have really understood your situation to a more endo like thing.
i can give some tips on what our bowels/bodies do not like.. wheat/yeast/gluten.. there are special breads you can buy..instead of normal pasta, adopt- rice pasta, instead of nrmal pancakes use- buckwheat, millet stay away from dairy.. opt for oat milk, rice milk and soy milk. you cn even get choc flavoured ones. limit your sugar intake. stay away from additives/artificial coulours and flavouring eat as fresh as you can.. greens, protein. fish and chicken. have a handful of nuts a day ( not peanuts ) - walnuts, almonds, cashews dont forget your fruits. the less acidic the better.. hope that helped.. maybe write some down xx

i eat pretty good anyway, fresh fruits, veggies with meals..dont do ready meals or that. I eat balanced meals too, and drink loads of water..dont drink fizzy juices.
Ive cut out wheat and dairy a couple of times before, mum got me all that special gluten free foods which cost her alot! and it made no diffrence atal. I dont take to much dairy, tried the alternatives..soy gives me diaherah and rice eww. Is food meant to make it better?xxx
