well well how do i say, when my partner touches me etc, not even down there but my breasts, the excitement which i guess is the blood flow down there, i get pain... extending from my rectum to the front and inside cervix. its like a preassure and it just really hurts like its all about to burst open...

I don't get it quite like that, but there are times when the hubby and I are together and I have to almost blow a whistle for a time out because something is just hurting so bad and shooting pain all through my body!
My dr actually said along with the endo, I have Vestibulitis, which causes nerve pain. He gave me a topical steriod cream and some low dose anxiety medicine to try. I just started so we'll see if that helps any. I feel for you!

I sometimes get the very same sensation. I think it's that muscles involunarily contract and cause the pressure / pain. Could be due to adhesions? Just hazarding a guess...
But, yes. You're not alone in this experience :)

Hell i don;t even have a parter but if a dream takes on that sort of form I end up waking up in pain and the only relief is from going to the loo and crying until the pain goes away. Discussed with the doctor (talk about embarrassing) and he claimed it was just the way I am...
If you find out anything that helps stop the pain would be appreciated.
