I went to the doctor a while ago to see about my allergies. He rubbed my arm and stuck things under the skin. Nothing. He poked and prodded, his phlebotomist drew so much blood people thought that we were dating. The tests all came back negative. Then one day I went back and I told him that I had found the cause of my allergy. It turns out, I am allergic to betrayal.

This isn't really bipolar related but there is never anyone on the parenting groups, this is the most active group I've been in.My 6yr old son has really bad seasonal allergies and they're in full force right now. I still have lower back pain, but it is much duller now. I might try and work out again! After 3 yrs of trying, and then having my back go out all the time, I finally just gave up on working out. Needless to say my legs are in the worst shape of my life. :-(
Where does it hurt? For me it was my periformis muscle on my right side.
I have pretty bad and constant lower back pain from endo. I'm also a horseback rider, so that makes it even worse! I find a lot of relief from doing lower back, shoulder, hamstring, and butt stretches. It may seem strange to stretch other parts that aren't in pain, but everything is connected and it helps me a lot. It's a simple thing to try anyways! Ice or heat might help too. One more thing that I have tried is adjusting my sleep position. I was always a big stomach sleeper, but that's really bad for your back. I've started sleeping in one of two ways: 1. on my back with a big pillow under my knees 2. on my side with a pillow between my knees. Both of these positions keep your back relatively aligned, so you have less pain. Hope this helps, good luck!
