" I have tried BCP and surgeries as well (with surgery only helping for a while). I now do acupuncture and although I completely thought it would never work, it has!
I have severe pain in my sciatic nerve from adhesions or something and NOTHING has helped but acupuncture. It has also made me feel better generally and able to handle stress better.
I also follow a special diet which helps in pain management. For some reason if I eat the foods I shouldn't my pain worsens, my bowels get all screwed up and I am tired and grumpy. I avoid all: alcohol, wheat, dairy, sugary and fried foods. "

" Hi, I have been diagnosed with endo in the pouch of douglas and on my right ovary. I live in the uk i am on tramadol (oral morphine) 50 mg tablets. I can manage with hardly any pain on 4 tablets a day. However if i move walk to many times up the stairs i need 6. Upto 4 i can still drive and cope but anymore do make me completely pain free but i feel 'spaced out' cannot drive but great to be in no pain. I am not advocating taking strong drugs please seek medical advice from your doctor, but these work for me. Dont know if there are any long term problems, but to be honest I dont care at the moment just need to be out of pain.
Hope this is useful.
Natalie "

" im 18 as well and had endo since i was 10. im detoxing off depo and im starting vitamins like vitamin e, and omega 3's which reduce inflamation. vitamin c which helps raise your immune system, vitmain b complex which helps build red blood cells thus giving you more energy. im also going organic which a lady at my doctors has endo and she went organic and her pain went away 95 percent. ive been doing this for 5 months now i have no more pain during my periods.
