Pug Dog Encephalitis

My belowed 4 year old pug was just diagnosed with Pug Dog Encehpalitis- or necrotizing encephalitis. Does anyone out there have any experiences they could share? I've been working from home this week to keep an eye on her. But the realism is that I can't continue to do this for much longer. I've put my life on hold- haven't gone out since she came home from the hospital. She's relatively asymptomatic right now- but I fear... that moment I leave and she seizes and I'm not here to give her the emergency meds, that she'll die... suffering and alone. I need support.... please.
