We did the measurement thing at the physical therapy office today with my 5 year old daughter. All of the joints they looked at have, according to the therapist, at least double the ROM numbers for her age group.

How do I help my kid to stay within the 'normal' limits, since I am noty entirely sure where they are myself? I have been hypermobile for my entire life, and only got the Dx for EDS about 4 years ago.

I am one of those people who have spent at least part of my life saying 'you can't do that??-really??' I never knew that what I can do is 'different' until a doctor actually said something-lol
