I am really worried about my step daughter. She is a mummys girl and the mummy is very sick with EDS and has various other mental health issues. her father is a pharmasist and she had been used to taking meds all her life.
so the 11yr old step kid also has EDS but not very bad any more. she uses it to gain attention - negative attention and of course mummy says take this take that. I can tell she is lying by the way she runs around with the cats up and down the stairs and then limps to the house when she is dropped off to mummy. i refused to give her some pain meds when I last though she was putting it on and now the Ex wife wont let her stay at ours and is making things so very difficult. she is manipulating the 11 yr old and trying to upset my relationship with my partner as we are only 2 weeks from the wedding!! I am worried that the 11yr old won't come to the wedding. It is breaking my partners heart not to see his daughter like the other 3 older kids. Any advice? Posted on 04/20/09, 05:04 pm |
