I went to my what was supposed to be my 3 month check up today. Which ended up being my 4th month because of the weather. But anyhow they are extremely happy for me and how I've lost weight and inches. So today is a great day with great news!!! I own it all to God!! THANKS and PRAISES be to GOD!!! I did some walking today too. I need to do more of that it will help me I know.

Missed you all alot computer broke so had to wait for it to get repaired . Well, I made it! Pretty smooth flight all the way. But on the ground was another story. It took me twice as long to get home as it did to get from Sacremento to DFW! It was heavy rain all the way to Vickie's house. Decided to try to wait out the storm. Waited for 2 hours, then hit the road.
