Probiotics.
They increase the GOOD bacteria in your gut that help you absorb nutrients from your food. The more nutrients all your organs get including your largest organ that takes a good deal of vitamins... your SKIN! It helps you health from the inside out. Probiotics helped my son reduce his eczema by 80% in one week. If an allergen is not the root cause of your eczema then you may want to have your pH tested (blood should be 7.34, saliva 7.4). If your body is too acidic/low (below 7) then it is harder for good bacteria to grow. If you system is more base/alkaline (above 7) the easier it is to grow AND absorb nutrients making you healthier. Increase alkaline pH by eating veggies, whole wheat and eat LESS sugar, etc that increase the acidity of your body. Along with Probiotics you should see a world of difference!!! |
