Check your pH. Normal blood pH is 7.34 and Salavia pH is 7.4
pH Scale: 0-6.5=acid 7=neutral 8-14=base or alkaline If you test your pH and it is too low acidic this can kill of the GOOD bacteria in gut, thus lowering how much nutrients absorbed and used by all organs including the largest your skin. You can take Probiotics to help absorbtion but if body pH too acidic will have to keep doing this. OR you can eat more fruits in veggies or 1/8 teaspoon baking soda with 3 cups water to make your body more alkaline allowing bacteria better environment to grow. More nutrients ACTUALLY absorbed by body & the more HEALTHY your skin is. |
