It is a lotion, but it feels very hydrating without the greasy feel. It almost makes you feel silky. They also carry a cleanser but it's similar to Cetaphil. You should be able to get it at any drugstore(walgreens,CVS,etc.) My doctor said if they don't carry it you can ask the pharmacist to order it for you. It varies in prices but it ranges around $15.00. I hope this works for you as well as it has worked for us.

Thx for the info. I can't find a lotion that doesn't bother my eczema. Even the cetaphil lotion causes zits on my forearms.
