detoxification is the solution!

I've eczema for 8years now...
And finally , i found a doctor who was recommended by my friend. His brother in law was in extreme eczema case, claim to be far worst than mine.
He got cured nearly completely after 8months of treatment.

The method of treatment is natural detoxification found by a doctor from japan called Doctor Tsai. He name this treatment as naigaikyoukou (meant beautiful people).

1st thing, stop using any kind of steroid cream! It will only get you worst!
There was a research to test the effect of steroid cream on atopic eczema patient. They separate patients into 2 group. Those who did not apply steroid based cream, and those who did.

In the end result:
- They found those who did not go on steroid seems to have mild eczema for 2 weeks and it went off eventually. It does comes once awhile
- Those who applied steroid cream seems to temporary cure almost immediately after application. But as time past by, their problem flare up again and it get worst and worst. Stronger steroid cream has to be used to control them. Its like antibiotic. The immune system will eventually immune to steroid cream and there will be no solution for eczema! except to go for immunosuspresso (used by organ transplant to avoid allergy reaction after transplant - OMG!)

The key to most skin disease like atopic eczema is toxin in the body. If you take toxin prone food like cheese, peanut, durian, seafood and egg, you are putting in toxin in the body. On top of that, stress will also slowdown the body detoxification, therefore increase toxin in the body.
Dermatologist have no idea what really spark the problem to rise. It is believed that when toxin level is way high, a simple stress in life could spark out the skin disorder and can never be cure by mere trouble overloading steroid cream!
For god sake, i read somewhere that fda did not even approve steroid cream for skin treatment. It was used by dermatologist because they have no solution!

" Good luck :)

For those who can't find ways to the treatment center,
i suggest that you could do the treatment yourself.

But we warned that you could get into infection if didnt do properly.
I will hold no responsibilities for any failure in the self treatment as the treatment center are professionals who got their training.

Get some kind of needle used for getting a drop of blood from finger.
I don't know whats it called but it looks like a mechanic pen with needle at the end.
Poke gently for like 10-20 holes on the surface of the flare up.
use some kind of suction cup.
You can make your own suction cup by using some kind of ceramic cup. Turn it upside down with the tip facing downwards. Burn lightly the opening of the cup with fire from candle. This will create some kind of air pressure in the cup. Then quickly use the cup and cover over the spot on the skin.
The pressure in the cup cooling down will tend to suck your skin up... forcing some blood to pour out of your skin.
Caution: Do not do it more than 1 time a week. Be sure you do not have low blood pressure or you are low on blood.

Eat healthily, get some food that encourage blood replenishing.

Other method almost similar would be leech suction. But i'm not sure how safe this method is. Be careful with it.

" I've been working on detox on and off for several months now - still working out the right chemistry - but TOTALLY AGREE. I was one of those extreme cases where after a while the doctors just look at you like 'deal with it". That's NOT OK. This has been an excellent path so far, and looking forward to healing!!! "

" HI light!

thats great!
But you got to be really patient with it.
avoid all dairy product, egg, cheese, milk, seafood, peanut.

Hmm its said that detoxing naturally without blood suction will take a long time (about 10years depending on condition) to cure. So if you want to cure fast, you got to find ways to pull out the blood out from the flare up area of the skin.

if possible, stop steroid cream. That will be the ultimate path to curing, BUT, it will be very very tough. You will need the blood suction treatment to hasten the detoxification of toxin away from the skin.

It took me 3 weeks of suffering. i was unable to walk for 2 weeks, and i was working from home for 5 weeks...It was my terrible time.

Wish you all the best light ;) "

" Hi Light,

I think i heard some cases where they uses anti histamine instead of steroid cream to stop the itch.
I think the anti histamine is @ least not piling up toxin on the skin.
But if its just too much to withstand, i guess a bit of steroid cream might hold it a bit... but try to gradually be free from steroid cream. "

" Hi Josh :)

normally, i will try my best to get organic vegetable with rice.
And some fruits if i've it.

I do drink some green tea and also some chocolate drink.
I think some people are alergy with chocolate, so i'm not sure if it's okay with it, but so far my doctor didnt ask me to avoid it.

most important, try to be free from dairy product, avoid egg, milk based product like cheese, peanuts, seafood.
stay clear from those kind of food and you shall keep toxin intake to minimum...

Some detoxification method that i know of:
- only green vege and fruits and drinks.
- Shall only take fruit juice or plain water, no soda drink, coffee or red/black tea
- green tea or lemonade are a good ideas "

" Dear Josh,

Detox is the solution, but...
detox could meant leading to a bit more itchy than usual.
This is because it tend to push out toxin from ur body, causing more itch.
So bro, be prepared. "

" Yeah, I had to learn the hard way with that one. You may want to read up on which detox diet would work best for you or consult a naturopathic doctor or chinese herbalist that specializes in detox.
I am working on a candida detox, along with enzymes for digestion, and using detoxifiber to avoid recirculation. This has been extremely helpful. I get everything from the local health food market. It's a bit of trial and error. When I first did the candida treatment, I went in too fast for my body. It freaked out and my eczema flared bad. Now, I'm going super slow with the candida treatment, and I might flare a little bit, but it's not that bad. "It may get worse before it gets better". I'm still on my way to healing but I KNOW I am on the RIGHT PATH.

Good luck! "
