" Yes that is an amazing idea. Dairy, gluten are not good for the body. These people selling their products are not going after the root cause of why you have eczema is the first place. Your body is trying to tell you something, and you want to hide it with these miracle creams? Stop. Change your lifestyle and your diet.
If you have been using steroid creams for a long time, you may very well be addicted to them. It is called 'red skin syndrome' or 'topical steroid addiction'. Go to ITSAN.org and do some research. I am 17 and my life was being ruined by eczema. I was not living anymore. I found these amazing people who helped me so what I was doing wrong. STOP THE STEROIDS. They are dangerous. They are addicting. They are making you worse! "

" My son is 34 months old and started a dairy free diet a month ago. He does sleep slightly better at night, but he still has to sleep in my bed, wear socks on his hands and itches throughout the night. He rash looks less inflamed though. I just don;t know how long it takes for all of the dairy to be out of his system? He loves chocolate almond milk though! "

" I don't eat dairy and I still get breakouts. It didn't help me, it might not help you. Make help make things less worse, but things are pretty bad for me right now and I don't ingest dairy products. "
