Breastfeeding & eczema

Hi

I am currently 23 weeks pregnant and suffer fairly badly from eczema.

I was unable to breastfeed past 3 days with my first child, due to intolerable eczema on my nipples.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and if they have any advice on how to get around this?

Cheers,
Amanda
