When I go swimming it is best for me to put on my DoubleBase moisuriser beforehand and afterwards to stop my skin drying out.
I generally use E45 suncream when I am abroad and like to do alot of swimming. If I apply my moisturiser alot of times along with the suncream alot of times will they counter act one another. Also does anybody know any good site where I can purchase E45 suncream from that doesnt expire March 2009 as I have currently been to two sites and the E45 suncream that they have supplied me with expires within a couple of months which is before I go on holiday Thanks Posted on 02/10/09, 04:02 pm |

I'm not really sure i have never really thought about putting cream on b4 swimming or after. Maybe its worth doing both?
What is this e45 suncream? can it be used instead of normal suncream? I go on holiday in a week and am worried about my skin getting worse....
