Today I read a book for an hour. Took some time to myself, relaxed and it helped keep ED at bay....

I made a cake today but only had one small piece. I've had a healthy breakfast and lunch and spent the afternoon at a local family sports day. No binges, been snacking on frozen grapes.

This a really great post..thankyou! I love hearing how people fight the destructive ED thoughts, it really helps. Today i called my brother and he came round and we played guitar hero for 3 hours! Then he drove me to my family's house and i am about to have dinner with them. Im trying really hard not feel uneasy about this. 'eating dinner is normal, eating dinner is normal' is what i am chanting in my head :)

I took a walk with the dogs... sat in the sun for a while. Spent the day with family... tried to stick to my meal plan....
Im seriously thinking about binging right now.... so Im gonna try and stay busy !!! making stir fry, that has lots of prep work...

I've been working on my math for a class I'm taking. Trying to do these word problems has been what has distracted me for the last six hours. I still don't know how to figure them out. Drinking diet pepsi and trying to just think. I know it shouldn't be this difficult.

I felt like eating sweet things this afternoon at work... I had a minty and a coffee and the urge passed. Ate fruit when I got home to satisfy the sweet craving.

I took my daughters to church when all I wanted to do was sleep in and avoid the day. Then I took them out to lunch and had a nice dinner with them. I did take a nap this afternoon, but that because I am working tonight(all night) and needed the rest.
And I even ate a real meal at work, which I usually justify skipping.
