Okay, I'm setting this goal before I go to bed tonight. I fell off the wagon and want to get back on. Taking it one day at a time: No bingeing tomorrow. I want to get on here tomorrow night and say "I made it!!" I want it so badly.

If anyone would like to join me - with whatever goal you're working towards - I'll be here to offer my support. We can fight it together.

" I fell off the wagon too yesterday, but at least it only happened ONCE.

I swear to God I'm possessed (when the urge to binge strikes.) I've tried every strategy known to stop the binge, but it's like it's not even me in my own head!

Again, it's lunchtime here as I write and I'm doing great so far. But it's right around 3pm that the "demon" takes over and I'm literally "gone" for hours.

Today I will try to stay conscious when "It" arrives. Even if I can cut back the amount I'm binging on today, I think THAT will show "It" that I'm not backing down.

I wish you all the best. This is one tough thing to beat. "

So far so good ... no binging today for me. But no eating yet either - sigh. But I'm about to go eat my lunch that I planned out, and then I'm taking a walk to distract myself from all thoughts of food and body size. It snowed 2 feet a week ago, but it's 77 degrees right now; you have to take advantage of that while you can, right?

Feeling really yucky, though, after bingeing yesterday, and trying to fight all the negative thoughts and feelings in my head. Don't know how to make them go away, so I'll distract instead. I have my meals planned, and activities planned for this afternoon and evening. Just trying to keep busy.

Sounds like you all are doing well - you can do it! I'll be online a lot today if anyone needs help.
