
Lax's can be VERY dangerous and can cause all sorts of health issues, you really should see someone like a Gastro Dr to see about weening off the lax. They don't cause real weight loss, it's water weight and they dehydrate you and mess with your electrolytes which can cause heart attacks.
As for the
antacids...constipation will make it appear that you have gained weight bc you are retainign water and well...are full of Sh*t...lol. Daily doses of fiber and something called
acidophilus, they aide in digestion and should help get you regular. I have issues going number two and between the fiber and the
acidophilus I am able to be somewhat regular and not feel bloated. Another natural aide for heart burn and acid in the tummy is papaya and pineapple enzymes, you can get chewable tabs...they help breakdown food and proteins in your tummy. My mom is a nurse and fan of natural healing so I know that all of these things work.
