okay, so i've just pigged out on shit food. feeling a fat and ugly, but you know what, i'm not going to let it get me down- i made a mistake, but i can't undo what i've just done. i'm sick of these binges and overdoing it with junk food- always just feel like a fat slug who's out of control afterwards. i starve myself the rest of the time, so when i do go to eat, i just go crazy!
tomorrow's a new day though, so i'm going to try start afresh and eat healthy, regular meals. it's going to be hard, because starving is so familiar and 'safe' to me- i know that if i restrict my intake and exercise heaps i can work off what i've eaten. i need to tell myself and believe that what i look like, and how skinny i am is not who i am as a person. god i hate this disease, and i'm sick of hating myself and constantly obsessing over food/exercise/how much fat is on my body!! i joined DS and am writing this to help me with this struggle and help others in the same position.
