IM A DANCER AND WAS WONDERING WEATHER ANYBODY KNEW HOW MANY CALORIES I WOULD NEED TO CONSUME A DAY FOR ENUF ENERGY FOR FOUR HOURS OF DANCE A NIGHT
PLEASE NOTE ITS NOT 4HOURS SOLID SOME OF THE TIME IM TEACHING IT,WE''LL HAVE BREAKS AND THEN WE'LL DO IT FULL OUT AND STUFF(IM ON MY FEET ALOT OF THE TIME)
I JUST WANT TO DO WHATS RIGHT FOR MY BODY
