hi everyone im having a bit of trouble at the minute because im trying to recove r. however my urges to binge are still as strong as ever. its a bit complicated because i have anorexia with a binge purge subtype, so i restrict which makes me crave binges and then purge. however i get scared with eating normal amounts of food too and find it quite difficult so i usually purge if ive eaten anything. im trying to stop this but i think i would rather eliminate the binges completely first. do you have any advice on how i can do this and distract myself? xx

" Pacing up and down doesn't work, all that happens is my head finds a reason to justify it, like coming up with an excuse that makes it okay at the time.
I need to quickly find a distraction, leave the house, go sit outside and look up for a while and try and find some perspective as to why i'm trying to get better in the first place x "
