" I've read the book and watched the actual documentary several times. Not to sound harsh or insensitive, sucks to see reality strike. I never thought it as triggering... I found it informative.... however, to each their own opinion. "

" You must remember, they are very thin, but the camera adds 10 lbs. plus! I had to keep reminding myself of that so I wouldn't feel bad! So, maybe not a good film to watch if you are in recovery! "
