As a carer I know how difficult it can be to see someone you love go through something so awful and damaging. The worry never stops and in our family we feel helpless to stop the cycle of anorexia. Our frustration sometimes seem to be tearing us apart and at other times bring us close together. We fight and we support each other and somehow we keep surviving it.

I'd like to recommend this site to anyone caring for someone with anorexia, any family member, friends, partners....

It looks at what carers experience, how they cope and what strengths get them through. Any contributions we as carers make will help to improve treatments for the people we love and make things better for ourselves.

The site is www.anorexiaresearch.co.uk

It's really worth your time. Thanks.
