I take my mom to Vandy for botox injections, and it doesn't really work very well. Her muscle spasms are in her vocal chords and in her face. She doesn't take anything for her face, and get the injection in her vocal chords. Does anyone know of any kinda method besides botox that will last longer than the 6 weeks botox lasts? I hate the long drive to Nashville for a treatment that just doesnt' last.
