" hi, my son has dyspraxia and hes alway's had speach problems, with him he stutters, the doctors said it was because that part of the brain was under developed. They also said he would always have it, but we would not give up on him and we took him to speach specials and we worked really hard at home with him too. Now hes 19 and only stutters when hes angry or tired. Don't give up on your grandson, work hard with him and if he say's a word wrong, gently tell him how it is said and get him to reapeat it.. Good luck. "
