Please can other Dyspraxic members tell me their strengths in the hope that in reading other people's strengths that I may discover my own. I spend most of my time mentally beating myself up for my weeknesses.

" Hi There, i myself are a fellow dyspraxic. I think your strength is that you have been brave enough to admit you beat yourself up. I constantly beat myself up over everything and really struggle to think of the good things about myself. Despite having a loving supportive family who see many good things in me.( my mum calls me dobby from harry potter which makes me laugh) Until now i thought i was the only person who did this making me feel even more weird. If i dare to mention strengths i would say i am very determined as i've learnt to work hard to overcome dyspraxia and not give up. Also just being an honest lovely friendly person is a strength. This it sounds you are. It is still a good a strength than being good at swimming or horse riding. If anything it is more important because some people just dont have these qualities and can be quite horrible to be around. You sound like a good person with likeable qualities and i admire your honesty and bravery. Feel glad to know others think like me "
