i wish they had a place like 1 a year where everyone could all get to getter for a week end and talked about are troubles with Dyslexia and give help.like a convention.you know what i mean

That is a great idea but we all live so far a part and from my experience in planning retreats for quilter it is so hard to get a time set that is good for everyone find a place . Believe me it is a big job but it just takes a dream to get it started. Little people of America have a big convention every year. Many people with similar problems get together in convention gatherings. Maybe you can start one in your own city and go from there . Just put an add in the new paper call schools and send out flyer's and such . find a place to have the meeting or meetings . Maybe find some speakers that will talk about new inovations used in teaching dyslexic people . Invite teachers in the area to join the group.
