Not sure the age but I do remember back in gramer school I was pulled out of class to do tests a lot. Later in life I was told that I had dyslexia.
I think I was in 5th or 6th grade when they started to pull me out of class to take the tests. And I remember that when I went into middle school I had to take tests as well. I'm guessing that they wanted to see how server my dyslexia was at that point not sure

43. I had problems from 1st grade on, but I never told anyone. I made it all the way to a masters degree without anyone knowing I am dyslexic.

I failed high school and was unable to read until I was 14, I left school thinking I was stupid.
When my daughter was not doing as well as she should have been, at primary school, I pushed for her to be assessed by Educational Psychologist, Optometrist and the a Dyslexic clinic. I was dumbfounded to learn not only was she dyslexic, but I was too. I was 31.
