I have dry eyes and wearing eye makeup tends to provoke even more irritation of my eyes. Does anyone have similar problems? If so, have you found any makeup products that are less irritating?

" Hi qspice..make-up is an issue for me too. I can only wear it for short durations. I take it off with baby oil before bed and then I make sure to wipe my eyes really well with a hot facecloth.

I am about ready to research eye-makeup that is all natural if there is such a thing. Something in the make-up must irritate us I guess.
Nice to meet you!

" Thanks. I have also heard about that and do make a point of frequently changing my makeup (especially eye makeup). Even so, I find that by the end of the day, my eyelids are red and irritated/itchy and that my eyes as a result are red and uncomfortable. I have been researching ingredients and have largely switched to pure mineral makeup lines (no talc, preservatives, etc) which has been of some help. "

" I have horribly dry/sensitive eyes. I can occasionally wear a little eye liner on my bottom lid and a little light shadow just below my brow line, but anything more than that and my eyes will be an itchy, scratchy mess. I can't even really wear anything scented, like lotions or perfumes. Good luck finding something that helps! "
