Yeah I had a vertigo attack last night. It seems like after I had this coughing attack and finally dosed off. Boom!! 3 something in the morning came the spin from hell. It didnt last too long. But it seem like if I tried to fall back asleep it would let me.
So I finally said f##%& it and turned on the TV. My husband said are you OK babe? I said what do you think?? So we just sat up talking for awhile. He fell asleep on me in 10 minutes though!LOL And eventually I did too. Ugh... Of course I woke up completely drained and tired from the lack of sleep and anxiety. {unbalanced} It took everything to get my body out of bed to assist with the children. Im sorry you had such a bad night; if its any comfort I had a bad night too. Im now wondering if I should go to work or just blow off the day and stay home; Im so tired. I usually dont get the spins, just the constant off balance feeling, last night I had the spins. I dont know how people can live with the spins and go about doing their daily activities.

Dizzybabe, I am sorry you had a bad night!!!!!!! Keep chugging the ACV. My MIL suggested sprinkling some on my green beans. My cardio appt was pretty good. I have a heart monitor to wear for up to 30 days. Sigh. Laura Laura

Bmason I'm sorry you had a bad night too. It just so unfair for anyone to deal with something like this. Laura, How does that work the heart monitor? They couldn't give you a echo or something?

I had an EKG today and they said it looked good. He did mention some interesting patterns, and he explained it but I can't remember what it meant. Too much info to take in today. They did a sonogram of my heart and it looked good. Then they said they wanted me to wear this monitor. When my heart beats fast, I am to record it. You watch...it won't do it while I have this monitor!!! GGRRRRR The bad thing is wearing it for 30 days. But I think everything will turn out good. Then I'll be back to square one: what to do about the dizziness. Actually, I am considering a neuro-otologist. Can't hurt.
